Ticket Sales Policy

Conditions of Sale

Purchase: Thank you for supporting the arts at the Honesdale High School Performing Arts Center. Your official tickets will be (your choice of) e-mailed, text, or mailed to you directly to the provided address once tickets are purchased. If your ticket order is placed one week prior to the production, your tickets will be held at the box office for pickup, one hour prior to the performance. If you have any questions, please call us directly at (570) 251-9831.

Refunds & Exchanges: No refunds are given except when performances are canceled. No tickets may be exchanged for any performance in a series or other performances. Management reserves the right to refund the ticket price and refuse admission. Performance dates and cast are subject to change without notice.

Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval in the program as determined by the management.

Cameras & Tape Recorders: The use of cameras and tape recorders is strictly prohibited.

Information and Ticket Charge Number:
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. The Box Office operates Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm; Saturday and Sunday, one hour prior to the performance. Orders received one week in advance will be held for pick-up at the Box Office. The Honesdale High School Performing Arts Center reserves the right to assess a per ticket charge for credit card, online orders, or for reissuing lost or forgotten tickets. Call (570) 251-9831.

All credit card charges will appear on your Credit Card Statement as "Ludus Honesdale Pe."

Children’s Policy
Regardless of age, all patrons must have a ticket. Children under the age of 3 years will not be admitted to the Auditorium. All children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the auditorium without refund.

Backstage Access is Limited to performers, staff, and authorized visitors only.
